Minprovise achieve 100 per cent growth of site service capabilities in a year

From their humble beginnings in 2004 as a company dedicated to mineral processing advice (hence the name MINPROVISE) and reducing the risks associated with the operation and maintenance of crushing equipment, Minprovise have experienced progressive and consistent growth throughout their 19 years of business. This consistent expansion has broadened the specialist company’s knowledge of, and service offerings to, the mining, oil & gas and construction industries, with them now quickly rising the competitive ladder as a site services and fixed plant repairs provider and employer of choice.

In the last year, the product, services and engineering provider has achieved formidable advancements, with demand for, and revenue turnover, of its site services division reaching 100% growth from H1 FY 2018 to H1 FY 2019. The up-and-coming underdog attributes this success to a multitude of reasons, including;

• The company’s mantra and culture of “Forward thinking Partners” – which encourages their field staff and subject matter experts to challenge the status quo of unsafe or inefficient site procedure by improving these practices, saving partners time & money, whilst ensuring the safety of personnel is paramount.

• Minprovise’s belief that their people are “our greatest asset” and investing in the constant upskilling, training and development of their employees to move up the positional chain e.g.. from apprentice to Supervisor.

• The company’s adaptability to changes in demand within the Market and their subsequent versatility with product and service offerings to match the demands of their partners.

• Consistent positive feedback from global mining groups and partners about their continuous improvement practices, procedure, financial improvements and dedication to safety.

As General Manager, Tony Sutton, likes to put it “… Our culture is about partnering with our teams and clients to make a difference… [to continue] to grow as a provider of choice in the mining industry.”

Minprovise is fast becoming a household name and is looking forward to their busiest month yet this April.
