Rice Lake Master BS211 Belt Scale System

We proudly supply the Rice Lake Master Series 211 precision belt scale system that consists of an inner frame mounted with two friction-free pivots to one end of the scale. The load cell is located on the opposite end with the idler mounted on the inner frame. Therefore, the friction-free pivots absorb tensile stress in a horizontal direction. This creates a very solid weigh frame that is well-suited for heavy-duty applications that you can trust.

The BS211 is designed to monitor feed to crushers, mills, screens and other processes as well as regulate product loadout with an accuracy up to ±0.5%.

Belt Scale Weigh Frame BS221DB

We proudly supply 221DB Master™ belt scale weigh frame manufactured by Rice Lake Master. This frame consists of two arms that are equipped with a pivot and a load cell mounted to the side supports of the conveyer belt. The idler, or weighing roller, is mounted on top of the frame arms.

The 221DB is easy to assemble and access to service. Being suitable for most belt widths and capacities, the 221DB is a versatile solution for many applications with an accuracy of ±0.5% to 1.0%, even in the harshest applications.

This belt scale weigh frame enables you to monitor production output and inventory, or regulate product loadout, while providing vital information for the effective management and efficient operation of your business.

Loss-in-weight feeders consist of a hopper with a dosing unit—typically a screw or vibrating unit—placed on load cells monitoring the material output during dosing. The dosing-unit hopper can be refilled manually or automatically from a storage hopper without impacting the dosing rate or stopping production.

Dosing is typically measured in kilograms per hour and a digital controller adjusts the speed of the dosing unit to match the setpoint, ensuring consistent product flow.
