The Thermo Scientific™ Ramsey™ Mercury-Free Tilt Sensor is a rugged, abrasion-resistant solution for the detection of materials handling problems. Actuated when materials rise to tilt the probe by 15o or more, in any direction, it replicates the performance of traditional mercury-based technology while simultaneously reducing health and safety concerns. Measurements are jitter-free, stable, and highly sensitive. Choose from a variety of probe assemblies to match specific process materials and environmental conditions – including options for use in hazardous areas – to efficiently detect problems such as high and low level, chute blockage, and sub-optimal material flow.
