Two Workshops Opened in WA – New Services Offered to Partners

MINPROVISE have hit the ground running in 2020 with the official opening of the organisation’s corrosion control workshop at 60 Adams Drive, Welshpool. This is the second workshop opening in the last 3 months for the MINPROVISE group, with the first commencing operations in Karratha in early November 2019.

With both of these new locations in Perth and the Pilbara, MINPROVISE are extending their reach to clients for more time efficient and locally based approaches to projects, while also increasing their range of capabilities as an end-to-end, total solutions provider for the savings and efficiencies achieved for partner’s projects.


As of January 2020, MINPROVISE has opened their corrosion control workshop located on Adam Dr, Welshpool. The workshop is dedicated to the provision of new services around the corrosion control of client assets, machinery & equipment.

These new services include; Abrasive blasting, Surface treatments and Industrial strength coatings for the protection of important assets from climate and physical degradation, while increasing their working life and endurance.

An on-site extension of these services is also offered throughout WA, made possible through MINPROVISE’s Pilbara based workshop in Karratha. Blasting can be undertaken with small-but-powerful portable units for these location based jobs.

The Corrosion Control team carry out abrasive blasting with quality garnet mined from Port Gregory, WA, with blasting undertaken on location in reinforced blasting chambers at the workshop.

The corrosion control team also have capabilities in the maintenance of pressure vessels and tanks. MINPROVISE utilise only high quality equipment to ensure industrial cleaning combinations can be met and controlled by trained operators in an safe and efficient manner.

The Tank cleaning and maintenance services of mobile and static tanks include; Tank degassing, Cleaning, Repairing, High pressure cleaning, Sludge removal, Sandblasting & painting, Pipework inspections, repairs & modifications, Surface preparation for structural integrity tests, Pre-surface treatments and coating/residue/paint/rust removal.

The new corrosion control team bring with them a combined 50+ years of industry experience, as well as strong, ongoing partnerships with recognisable Australian brands such as The Water Corporation – for which the group have been undertaking projects on water treatment plants and facilties for close to a decade now.
