All the parts we supply are from the original equipment manufacturer, which ensures you’re receiving a part for your crusher which is built to last.
If we stock the crusher you have in our range, then we can get you the replacement parts for it. This helps us to ensure our clients experience minimum downtime on site and can maximise their productivity.

APRON FEEDERS
The experience and knowledge gained from decades of working with apron feeders as part of our ongoing crusher circuit maintenance and shutdown expertise, has enabled us to optimise certain features. These design features increase efficacy and ease of access improving maintenance processes while enhancing the safety of personnel and operators.
The Minprovise Apron Feeder Series is designed to conform to all AS/NZ standards while being able to accommodate design adjustments and adaptations to suit specific needs and requirements of our customers without compromise.
The Minprovise Apron Feeder range is manufactured in-house at our Welshpool workshop. We aim to support local suppliers by sourcing components locally. Our aim is to continually improve safety and identify efficiencies in processes, costs and improve downtime.
Technofast Industries have successfully developed the EziTite® Hydraulic Head Nut System to replace standard mantle Head Nuts.
Since the development of the Gyratory Crusher, mineral processing industries have sought better means to effectively and safely tighten mantle head nuts. Technofast Industries have successfully developed the EziTite® Hydraulic Head Nut System to replace the outdated, standard mantle Head Nuts. In addition to technical and performance criteria, the major benefits of the design are focused on the protection of operators from strike or shrapnel injuries that commonly occur when hammering the standard mantle head nut tight. The EziTite® features a hydraulic clamping nut and reinforced protective cover which can be constructed according to the abrasive nature of the material being crushed.

FUEL STORAGE TANKS
Minprovise’s primary focus throughout our fuel tank design process is on achieving a premium fuel tank design at a competitive price point. This focus, in conjunction with Proleum’s end-to-end business model (providing the design, manufacture, transportation and install of tanks) allows for crucial savings to our clients and partners.
The tanks come in a full range of sizes, starting from 15 Kilolitres up to 200 Kilolitres.
Each fuel tank in our range comes with a multitude of additional features to ensure your site-based requirements are met. Such features include; short or long walking platforms for larger tanks, safety cages, tailored ladder/stair systems and a range of base support options.
