Our Workshop expands!
Our Workshop has been expanded with the addition of advanced Blast & Paint Capabilities. We can now deliver a comprehensive suite of coating solutions. The newly upgraded, state-of-the-art facility has four retractable spray paint and blast booths, each measuring 16m x 17m, plus a spacious laydown area. A fifth booth is specifically designed for protected drying. The facility also boasts a 15m conveyor belt recovery system with a magnetic separator. As part of the comprehensive HSE requirements, there is also a fully operational dust collector.
To further enhance efficiency and handling capacity, we’ve added two powerful overhead cranes with a combined lifting capability of 120 tons, complemented by a 21-ton Telehandler to tackle heavy-duty lifting tasks with ease.

Our Workshop already boasts an 8000sqm undercover area and an additional 4500sqm of concrete hard stand, including a 120-tonne lifting capacity. Our new state-of-the-art Blast & Paint facilities have increased our capabilities, enabling us to complete an entire fabrication project in-house, from planning and design through to fabrication, final protective paint coatings and delivery.
