Rice Lake Master BS211 Belt Scale System

Belt Scale Systems

We proudly supply the Rice Lake Master Series 211 precision belt scale system that consists of an inner frame mounted with two friction-free pivots to one end of the scale. The load cell is located on the opposite end with the idler mounted on the inner frame. Therefore, the friction-free pivots absorb tensile stress in a horizontal direction. This creates a very solid weigh frame that is well-suited for heavy-duty applications that you can trust.

The BS211 is designed to monitor feed to crushers, mills, screens and other processes as well as regulate product loadout with an accuracy up to ±0.5%.

We proudly supply 221DB Master™ belt scale weigh frame manufactured by Rice Lake Master. This frame consists of two arms that are equipped with a pivot and a load cell mounted to the side supports of the conveyer belt. The idler, or weighing roller, is mounted on top of the frame arms.

The 221DB is easy to assemble and access to service. Being suitable for most belt widths and capacities, the 221DB is a versatile solution for many applications with an accuracy of ±0.5% to 1.0%, even in the harshest applications.

EziTite Headnut

Technofast Industries have successfully developed the EziTite®  Hydraulic Head Nut System to replace standard mantle Head Nuts.

Since the development of the Gyratory Crusher, mineral processing industries have sought better means to effectively and safely tighten mantle head nuts. Technofast Industries have successfully developed the EziTite®  Hydraulic Head Nut System to replace the outdated, standard mantle Head Nuts. In addition to technical and performance criteria, the major benefits of the design are focused on the protection of operators from strike or shrapnel injuries that commonly occur when hammering the standard mantle head nut tight. The EziTite® features a hydraulic clamping nut and reinforced protective cover which can be constructed according to the abrasive nature of the material being crushed.

Tool Features:

  • Precise clamping forces are generated by hydraulic pressure activation in the optimised containment area of the EziTite® nut.  The Head Nuts are fitted with mechanical locking rings that retain these tensile loads. In the unlikely situation that there is a hydraulic malfunction, a simple, patented breaker-ring (that is positioned between the lock ring and the nut body) can be used to release the load on the shaft.

Cam Nut

Technofast’s revolutionary Cam Nut EziJac system creates an affordable and efficient solution, in a compact system that is simple, safe and easy to use.

Normally, Bolt Tensioning tools pull on the bolt threads protruding above the regular hex nut, which are then screwed down to retain the loads induced by hydraulic operation of the tool.  With no available thread, the Cam Nut performs as the connection to the bolt for the operation. Its integral collar expands to take up  the bolt’s elongation under force and retains the load when the hydraulic charging pressure is released.

EziTite® Hydraulic Bolts minimise the time required to carry out critical bolting procedures and are extremely resistant to vibration and shock loads. Technofast’s FastaJac saves on Production, Labor and Maintenance Costs for Manufacturers and End Users of Plate Heat Exchangers.

The use of a lightweight hollow cylinder jack, in conjunction with the patented ‘Tri Nut’, allows the compression of plates to be  carried out evenly, squarely and efficiently. The hydraulic cylinders simultaneously compress the plates. The Tri-Nut is designed to fit over the major diameter of the thread until it engages into it’s spherical seat. Then the nut closes onto the thread and the nut is screwed home as normal. This facilitates speedy fitting and removal of the tools  removing the need for ‘running down’ the Tensioner retaining nut over the full length of the thread.

Technofast’s X2 and Y2 Multistage Bolt Tensioners may be fitted with an optional Gear Drive to rotate the retaining nut without the use of a Pin Spanner. The drive is operated using a standard 1/2″ socket wrench. The feature optimises the speed of operation and allows the tools to be used in restricted spaces where a Pin Spanner drive could not be employed. The high capacity of the ZI Cone’s crushing chamber, coupled with its combined crushing effect, results in a remarkable improvement in crushing capacity.

High Set Under Ratio and Professional Shape

The bisector line of the ZI crushing chamber is almost vertical at the inlet. Its angle of inclination changes gradually until it reaches a specific angle at the outlet. Accordingly, the density of the feed material is increased as it proceeds from the inlet towards the outlet. This causes inter-particle crushing due to the high density in the crushing chamber. As a result, a product with roundish cubic shape can be produced, with high set under ratio.

Gyratory Crusher (KG Model)

The KG crusher features a simple discharge set, making it an efficient solution for your business. The discharge setting on this model is simple and can easily be adjusted by the amount of oil in the hydraulic cylinder installed at the bottom of the main shaft.

Main Shaft Collapse Prevention

If hard ore enters the crushing chamber, the main shaft may develop a jumping action. To prevent the main shaft from falling down, the hydraulic support for the main shaft is maintained by raising a piston within the balance cylinder, which contains air and oil.

Re-start Capability while Loaded

HPC curved crushing chamber provides a high level of performance. The bisector line is vertical at the inlet of the crushing chamber, with a gradual slant from inlet to outlet.
